Rob began his musical training at the age of 6 years old, trying to make heads or tails of his fathers guitar.

As a child, his love of music blossomed under his father's tutelage and many days on the road with his father's band. His love of the guitar brought him in contact with many other instruments.

By the age of 15 years old he started playing in his first band to band playing drums, rhythm guitar and lead guitar. At the age of 21 he moved to Ottawa and started singing and playing bass in a family band and hasn't looked back since.

Although he loves playing bass, Rob is an accomplished multi-instrumentalist and prides himself on keeping his skills polished on as many instruments as possible. As front-man and lead vocalist for Fair Haven, Rob's powerful voice and energy on stage is a large part of the groups show.
